Leak detection
Leak and slab leak detection without the guesswork
Non-invasive detection to find the exact spot, then a targeted repair, including cutting and re-pouring a slab when the line is underneath it.
Chapter 01
The leak you cannot see is the one that costs you
A visible drip under a sink gets fixed on Saturday. The leaks that do real damage are the ones buried in a wall, under a floor or inside a concrete slab, where nobody sees them for months. By the time water shows at the surface, it has usually been working on the structure for a long time.
The numbers add up quietly. A drip at one drop per second wastes roughly 3,000 gallons of water a year, and that is a small leak. A line leaking under a slab can run far faster, and you pay for every gallon on the water bill before you ever see a stain.
So the first job is simply knowing whether you have one. If you hear water running with every fixture off, or the bill jumps and nothing explains it, call (479) 790-3527 and tell the office what you have noticed.

Finding it without tearing up the house
We use non-invasive leak detection to pinpoint where the water is escaping before anything gets cut open. The goal is a repair aimed at a spot, not a wall opened up in five places hoping to get lucky. We work through whether the leak is inside the house or outside it, then narrow it down to the section of line that is actually failing.
Slab leaks get their own attention. When a supply line runs under a concrete floor and starts to leak, the repair means opening the slab. We do slab leak detection and repair, and we have the tools to break concrete cleanly and put it back. On one job, a leak ran under a driveway slab: our crew cut the slab, repaired the water leak and re-poured the concrete, all in the same day.
Our crew works out of Springdale and covers Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville and the towns around them, so a leak in a house in Farmington or Lowell is a short drive for us, not a long wait for you.
Chapter 03
After the fix: why leaks get worse if you wait
A leak under a slab or behind a wall does not stay the same size. Water softens wood, feeds mold, undermines soil and, over time, can damage the foundation itself. Waiting turns a plumbing repair into a plumbing repair plus drywall, flooring and mold work.
If a pipe keeps failing in different places, the pipe is the problem and patching one spot after another will not hold. In an older home with aging lines, repiping may be the better answer, and we do repipes as part of our remodel plumbing. If low water pressure goes with the leak, tell us, because the two are often connected.

Signs of a hidden leak
Five things worth a phone call.
Any one of these can have a harmless explanation. Two or three together usually do not. If you are seeing them and the water bill has also moved, treat it as a leak until someone proves otherwise.
- Running water soundYou hear water moving in the walls or under the floor with every fixture off.
- Damp or stained drywallSoft, discolored or moldy drywall, often on a lower floor or along an outside wall.
- Wet floorsA damp spot, warm patch or lifting flooring where no fixture sits.
- Foundation damageNew cracks, shifting or settling that tracks with a supply line under the slab.
- A rising water billUsage climbs and nothing in the house explains it.
The same-day slab story
Cut the slab, fix the line, pour it back.
A leak under a driveway slab sounds like a week of mess. On this job it was one day: the crew cut the slab, repaired the water leak and re-poured the concrete before leaving. That works because the leak was located first, so the opening was only as big as it needed to be.
If the leak turns out to be in a drain or sewer line, the fix is a different one. See sewer line repair or repiping and remodel plumbing for older lines that keep failing.

Slab work is routine for us. We rough in plumbing under new slabs and reopen old ones.
